why ???

im on a cable connection

goes from my cable box to my modem then to the ethernet card to the pc, not using the usb either

why am i having problems, new this forum was going slow

anymore sites for a free speed test as ive uses all my 3 up checling and hitting the top of my montior to try and speed it up aswell, still nothing
