How to identify CGI 200 block?

Got a new 200 block here but its part number ends in 98 not 99 like the turkish ones.It came in a fordmotorsport box so was wondering if it could be a CGI block.How can i tell and what differences are there to a normal 200 block?

I thought the cgi blocks were from the focus rs, didnt think they came in the form of a cossie block though, although im very sure i could be wrong
