marks on windows help

Default marks on windows help

my mum's car had not been washed for weeksand i told here to get it done yesterday. she phoned me last nite and said the windows are all coverd in white spots that will not come off. went to look at it this morning (looks like road salt) tried tar & glue window cleaner,stanley blade,window polish and can not get the marks out(its on every window and the trims) any ideas what i could try?

What do the white spots feel like? Are they dry and hard or soft and sticky?

Also are they on the INSIDE of the window?

I dont wash my car in a couple of months at at time and the salt just wash's off easily. Must be something else

Where did she get it washed anyway?

they are just like dry spots (if you now what i mean) and there deffo on the outside.

I got mine washed there on sunday i think it was and its dead on. Had to get it washed cause the side windows were so dirty i could hardly see out them otherwise it would have done for another few weeks and i would have washed it myself, probably at your house haha

Traffic Film Remover? I'm amazed a polish hasn't brought it off to be entirely honest.

Try T-Cut or Vinegar.

It wont be salt then as thats just white misty stuff aint it, that washes off easily

Would've thought most things would come off glass using a sharp stanley blade, must be well stuck on.
