Default Webcam Streaming.....

Basically im involved in helping to run a website for someone who is doing an ultra-distance bike ride for charity! As part of the website we are looking to have a live webcam link onto the home page of the site. There will be another cam fed to the site but this will be uploaded via SD cards and then placed onto the site from the saved file.

The question I have is what ISP's allow live streaming or should I say what ISP's are recommended for such a task?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thats not a bad site but not sure if that will work for what we need!

Pretty sure that not every ISP allows live streaming but I cant find anything to tell me either way! Only found one place that seems to cover all bases but they are US based and ideally id like to keep it UK based, although I guess its not a huge problem!

Anyone else got any ideas?!
