Default Stone Cutter will do it.

How big is the post ? I would use a stone cutter to cut through the concrete which will probable be approximately 4 - 6 inches deep. You will then hit gravel and earth. Dig the rest out by hand and it should fit just nicely. Stone cutters are easy to hire from most hire shops.

same here, was a right bastard, used a metal pole to break it all up then dig it out after getting through the concrete..

edited to say mine is the sort that sinks into the ground so had to go down about 1 metre..

a cordless simply won't do the trick - it'd be fine till you hit a stone, then you'll be let down by the puny hammer action.

Mains SDS is the way to go. Preferably a titanium tip bit.

18v cordless would be fine up to about 10mm if you needed bigger you would be better off using a mains sds as the hammer action on the battery one will run out of puff as said, depends what sort of fixings your using? for instance a proper m8 shield anchor needs a 14mm diameter hole drilled. Go mains if you can, defo easier, I struggle like fook sometimes with my battery one because I can't be arsed to go to the van and get the hilti

Problem with these posts is that you provide the leverage to pull it over simply by it being a pole you would be better off in the long run fitting a proper one thats secured in concrete or similar into the ground.
