Default Need a torrent client like ABC...

... but one that i can get a GLOBAL upload limit on all files.

i use ABC and have a 3kb/sec upload limit set per file... andonly leave 3 downloads going a one (so it never exceeds 9kb/sec) so that my connection dont get saturated and go shit (crappy cable upload speeds! )

anyway, i wanna be able to have more downloads oing, but not incrase my overall upload bandwith...

so i dont care how fast each upload goes, just as long as the TOTAL doesn't exceed 10kb/sec

i know this will slow down each download slightly, but it will probably work out better anyway, since i'll have more downloads going at a time to make more efficient use of my connection.

anyway, anyone know one that works like this?

its gotta work like ABC tho, with a Qed up list etc. dont wanna have loads individual windows open like in normal bittorrentor bittornado etc.

yep Azureus is what I've been using.

I also use Netlimiter too to control the bandwidth by application.
