surely when a tuner/engine builder finds a chasis builder like that guy they would wave the engine build fee??
the potential advertising from the car is worth the build surely?

i have his old engine ,well when i say old it had run for an hour in is car, when he was told a 1000bhp wasent enough to push his car to 270mph so he removed it and sold it to me ,then had nelson racing build him the one in it now,mine is 377 ci his new one is 427 ci built in a small block other than that they are nearly identical
