who would you say is the best engine builder to get a
low comp bottom end for my s2
heard people speak of harvey gibbs but i have never heard of him is his work sound does he have a web site. anyone else you can suggest

If you're not wanting to travel much I'd say you'll be fine with Harvey but personally I would use either Motorsport Developments or Norris Motorsport.
