Can you get CCTV for the home that records onto memory cards, need a camera and a control box that records onto memory card either when triggered or all the time. Its for the garage but has 240v in there.

yea u can i was looking at cctv stuff on ebay and there were companys that sold recorders for memory cards!!

people use them archos media players on track days, might be worth looking into

 

I have seen one on MAX TV Channel 675 on sky about £100 I think, Has a night vision movement activated camera and the recorder have a look on there web site

im a cctv engineer for tesco... yes you can record to memory cards etc, but it all comes down to how good your dvr (digital video recorder) is, personally i would never recommend any ebay shit specials as they can store fuk all footage and the picture quality is rubbish, but then i suppose its down to your budget, our dvrs we order are around £1k and thats without the cameras etc that that will store 28 days continuous footage, high res cameras etc....

 

Just want a cheap and cheerful job, just see hows been round my garage!
