I know this is an old post but does anyone have the part number for the uj's for the Sierra 4x4 front prop?
It's the thick prop not the thin version.
UJ dimensions -
27mm X 74.5mm

The hardest part of the job is getting the bolts out that hold the prop to the diff, they can be very tight.
You might have to drop the front anti roll bar to give enough room to get the prop out, try to give the captive nuts in the chassis a good spray with WD 40, they can be a pain if the bolts are rusted and they spin captive nuts

Thin prop = QL 102 (with grease nipple) QL 15002 (without grease nipple).
Thick prop = QL 403 (with grease nipple) QL 16103 (without grease nipple).

The QH part number is correct, all you need is a vice an old socket to help push the bearings out and some circlip pliers.

We are talking front props .....
On a XR4x4 it's easy to to get the front prop out past the exhaust but on a Cossie with a big stainless downpipe there can be a problem with space.
I had trouble with my last 4x4 Cossie and had to drop the exhaust to get the prop off and to gain enough space I had to drop the anti roll bar (this is the point when it turned to shit as the captive nut span in the chassis)
Pic is a random one I found that shows the space issues.

Almost same issues as one they were for but on an xr4x4 24v with fat prop, front unbolted rear knocked out in situ, assembled front off car and rear on car. Exhaust didn't look like it wanted to play very easy.
