i remeber the white saph 505 bhp. i remember i phoned paul about it when he decided to sell it. interior was half stripped well no carpet at least from what i remember.
you arent going mad mate he did get one and sell it on after a week or so.
I just searched for the word "rainbird" from Paul.
As he normally calls him "rainbum" unless he is selling us (sorry I mean telling us about ) something that used to belong to mike, it made it very easy to find
The car will be my new track toy , I hope to put a simple bolt in cage and bufty a few bits but use it for what it was built for
with just over 500 bhp , CTS big tooth gearbox , and a very special Quaif diff and suspension and brakes to match its a great car .
My 3 door is near completion but now as its far to good to track will be a toy for shows etc , sad i know but its just far to nice to use , hence the saff purchase

Buy a set of rainsports or whatever then, the trackday still happens if it rains.
Anyway, its only about 139 quid or something, so not exactly a lot to lose!

Ive been about the last 4 or 5 years (other than the one that was cancelled due to track maintainance) and its always been a great day

you never know how quickly it sells out tbh. If there is adverse weather and the day gets cancelled they rearrange it for another day at no extra ŁŁŁ

I can confirm having been in the 500 when it was less than an 1" from total destruction
