New garage
Moved to my new garage today. Still have some things to move but thats something for next week.We even have a little "office"
Nice wide door:

i allready have a website and allready started some rebuilding etc. But in the old garage it was just to dusty etc. The new one has a perfect floor. More space etc. And with the new space created i can start what i want.

Well with a bit of luck the estate is going. The thing is now a 3 years off my life but i am getting sick and tiered from the thing. i got an offer for a bog std erst with a new engine and turbo. I can trade my estate in for that and with a new body for my red frst.

Whats the rates like if you dont mind me asking??
I have been looking for something similar to that to get my new business off the ground but some of the rents and rates etc are crazy around cheshire.

120m2 and 150euros? Wow thats bargain..
Here in St.Michel 209m2 workshop where you cant weld or do any sanding or anything with fire involved costs 920eur/m + electrics.
