Birmingham was a nightmare earlier. i was in my truck (an 8 wheel tipper) and it had just started coming down. cars were all over the place but the lorries were ok at that point, some artic's were starting to struggle presumably cos they were empty, but mostly it was the mercs, bmw's, lexus were among some i saw stuck in less than half an inch of slush. they were really struggling tbh.

It was my turn to overtake them on the hills this time diff locks in, 8 wheel drive and 4 wheel steering. luverly juberly heehee. parked up and headed home at about 11am cos the jcb couldn't see what he was doing, but theres mental traffic outside my door now, i live on quite a busy rd and main bus route i reckon its going to be interesting from now on until about 7 - 8 ish.

M6 is at a standstill southbound mate, junc 3, tailbacks through 3a, 4, 5 , 6 thats over 10 miles.

its usually 6 to 10 thats congested to f**k though, be careful in this weather, you might be better coming down the wolverhampton new rd.

Just driven home through Solihull to the Wood from Shirley... not too bad but once you get out Castle Brom way and off any of the main roads its all fucked... even bus routes.

I've had to put bricks under my wheels to prevent this happening this year.

My clio slid down my drive after I parked it.

Ha good guess... I was expecting it to be Bassets Pole end tbh...

Last February it was fun down the A38 - Mom and Dad trying to get to the airport in that load of snow...
