ok guys the 2k is hunting badly on tick over ive had the idle speed control valve off the side of the air box cleaned it out with still doing the same the car must hunts like mad the cuts out ,,?????????

sounds like the Idle control valve is fooked mate..
this is very common on Zetecs, but dunno about l4s like the RS.

Soak the iscv in carb cleaner for 24hrs and try again

cheers guys cleaned everything again ie, plugs ,iscv,checked all connetions,now running sweet again thank god
