Default cosworth breather

hi people! I was wondering what is the correct ID for the hose in the outlet of the oil catch tank for a 400bhp YB engine. The breather system is as follow; 2 vents from the block going to the separator and the return from the separator goes to the sump tank. Theese hoses have ID about 12mm. The outlet of the separator is connected to the oil catch tank via a hose with ID 17mm (not 100% sure but close to that...). The vent (outlet) from the catch tank has a hose with ID about 12mm. Is that correct because lately my engine seems to build pressure indide the block on boost. Engine still delivers good power on any rpm on boost and off boost is quite good too so I don't think excesive blow by of gases on the piston rings...
By the way all hoses aren't clogged, I checked them all...
