Im sure Paddy said a few weeks ago that he went to London last year to see fireworks etc, and it was so busy getting there, being there and getting back, he wished he had stayed in

london gets really busy from what ive heard but the fireworks are good, depends how close you are

Just came back from Berlin for the Crimbo markets with the missus and a bit of Ice Hockey with the locals They said New Year's Eve was gonna be mega there.

But I'm off to Liverpool to do the common thing

i did london last year! There was 4/5 of us who went, got the train from newbury park into london and the tube to embankment...well it was packed! lol we got a good spot at parliament square, could see big ben, the eye and the fireworks perfectly! After much pushing and shoving around to get thru everyone at the first point you could see the eye, was a nightmare but had a good time and you were allowed to drink in the street too which was quite weird! lol

Edinburgh is a good craic at new year though, try it at least once.

Sick of doing the same thing every new years eve, so I'm off to NYC for new year with the girlfriend, didn't go on holiday in the summer so have been saving since!! hopefully the weather will be OK to go!
