Default 2WD-4WD conversion

How easy is it to convert a 2 to 4 i know the 4wd have loads of different bits to the 2'sbut is it easy to do . i want a 4wd but couldent bear to sell my 2wd so was thinkin the best of both worlds. aslo rough guestimate price

obviously front diff ,hubs,shafts,props,box,box mounts , rear prop?

yeah you just need everything of the 4x4 and it will fit..
you have to make a half moon out of the front chassis legs where the drive shafts run through(just look at 4x4)and in the gearbox tunnel you need to make some space for box..all very easy..

you need

gearbox
front and rear props
gearbox mount
sump
oil pick up
front diff and brackets
engine cradle
engine mounts
p/s rack, pos pipes
hubs
front shocks and springs
front driveshafts
track control arms
anti roll bar
4wd downpipe poss exhaust

plus as above tunnel needs widening for transfer box and half moons need cutting out of chassis legs

i have all my 4x4 stuff for sale apart from gearbox, just converted my 4x4 to 2wd, front diff has strengthing plate also. pm me if you like. cheers rich

You dont need the cut outs in the chassis legs

Dont Know, but there not needed, mines been on the road five years with no problems at all without them.

id imagine they were designed for the raly cars when they do jumps and and land on full suspenion travel that without those chassis cuts the shafts will hit
