Anyone know how to set it so that emails come through automatically so you don't have to keep pressing recieve?

go into the options menu, then under one of them tabs, set the time to check for new emails to every 1 minit - its set at 30 mins as standard

 

From the top toolbar
TOOLS>SEND/RECEIVE SETTINGS>DEFINE SEND/RECEIVE GROUPS
One of the settings is SCHEDULE AN AUTOMATIC SEND/RECEIVE EVERY x MINS

Just set x to the time you want it to work from and click CLOSE.
