cosworth 4x4 gearbox and diff oils

Can somebody please clarify the reports via these old threads "what's the best oils to use"

i would use FULLY synthetic 75/90 in all the 4x4 drivetrain components,

the std oils simply are not up to the temperatures produced by tuned motors,

its recommended by most top box builders, opie oils sells it

You can maybe use 85W90LS mobil oil in the diff espacally the front diff because it have a small oil capacity an it's sumitt to high temperatures
and a 75W90LS for the gear and the transfer boxes
