I went the other way tho, sold ST220 to replace with another Cossie.
Great cars but too refined imo, unless its gonna be your only/everyday car.

The ST220's fall into the higher tax bracket as well.

my mate had the V6 estate, was an awesome car. Stupidly quick, lovely noise, comfy as you like and a brilliant sound system from the factory.

I've got the diesel version as my daily drive...considered the v6 but glad I went derv..it'll do 40mpg all day, handles brilliantly and it is pretty quick for an oil burner...oh and its a very nice place to be, with its heated seats and nice sound system

If it was a weekend mota, i'd go for the v6 as it sounds ace and its a very quick car

I have an ST estate TDCI. As an everyday car it is the best car I have ever owned very glad I went for the TDCI as it has loads of grunt and it will also tow (which is why I bought it) 1800kg. The V6 cannot tow as there is something with the rear suspension that prevents a tow bar being fitted.

Very good motors indeed.
