Default Cosw.knock sensor...

Right peeps,Any 1 know how much the knock sensor on the 4x4 cos. is torqued up to?.Cheers.

mate its a tapper thread and they snap very easily just do it up with your hand then nip it with a spanner!!

I know mate but there must be a torque figure for this component.
i recall when rebuilding my mate's toyota mr2 turbo engine that it stated in the manual that the torque on the retaining bolt is critical otherwise the sensor won't work properly and give a false reading to the ecu.
Are the Weber marelli sensors any different?,apart from the fact that the sensor threads into the engine block?.
