Me and the Mrs voted for Joe, makes no difference who won really as i'm sure they'll both get the same treatment and opportunities now the show is over.
i was just glad you got to see those tasty birds back, watched it every week and it seems like forever since they were on.

How the fuck can the dullard Giggs beat someone like Button? Makes a mockery of those kind of competitions when someone so utterly ordinary wins a competition with the word 'personality' in it. I've nothing against his professional performance, but he ain't no personality.

Why is it every year despite decades of this award that people still get confused by the title? Its nothing to do with personality, its all about achievement hence the video clips they show beforehand!

And as such Button has done fuck all compared to Giggs, just had a fast car. Lets see now him and Lewis have the same car. Button had no chance winning against Giggs in a public vote, 30% of the vote.

 

Giggs deserved it far more than Button does or ever will.

I was against Giggs winning player of the year because I don't think he was "player of the year" by any stretch of the imagination and should have had a seperate award for his amazing lifetime/career achievements. This award though, yes he deserves it.
