Default Where to sell Motorsport memorabilia?

Need some advice as to where to sell a motorsport item, and people on here may know a place aside from the usual ebay.

I have, sitting in my garage, a racing kart formerly owned by Jenson Button. The kart is still stickered up as it was when he was racing for that particular team (around 1995), and is in very good condition.

Obviously as a kart, its a little dated, but since I'm moving to a flat, and also since he decided to win the world championship(!), I've got to sell it.

I have the original receipt from his dad John, along with a few other bits of paperwork to authenticate the kart's origins.

Aside from putting it on Ebay and having to deal with a load of timewasters, can anyone think of a better place before I list it?

Its a Birel Chassis in Astra colours.

Autosport site is a good idea.

Funnily enough, one of my old Cadet engines came from his dad originally as well... god knows where that is now!

We were karting around the same time. Obviously he had a much larger budget than I did, but picking up a well known sponsored karter's cast offs was always a financially viable option.

The Gay-Bay will give you a world wide audience and there is a world wide following of F1.

So stick it on there Rich and be prepared to be bombarded with dicks asking stupid questions, but one of those dicks may just be the one with a big wallet.

How much do you want for it ?

Or are you just out to get as much as you humanly can for it ?
