Im not all that impressed by him to be honest. It was such a frustrating fight to watch. Yes he has the power, and i agree he has obviously learnt alot from the ultimate fighter, but has he got what it takes? Time will tell i suppose.
Still, he beat houston alexander who is a great fighter and a wins a win, even if it wasnt a great fight or a convincing 'win'.
To be honest i think there were others that derseved a live fight in the finale, instead of kimbo. He lost his first fight badly, and then turned down a second chance against mcsweeny, so i dont think he should have been offered another shot. Its purely a business decesion by the powers that be, as they know he will bring in the crowds/money.

im not impressed with kimbo tbh
dont forget hes an heavyweight houston is a lhw with zero groundgame whos already been cut by the ufc but brought back especially for kimbo
i dont think there hes got much of a chance against anyone in the heavyweight division hence them bringing in a smaller houston alexander

RobL, hit the nail on the head there. Houston is a bottom of the food chain 205 and tbh isn't at the level needed to survive in the ufc and kimbo is a bottom of the food chain HW that could barely survive in the.... smaller mma events.
IMO these TUF series entrants into the ufc just aren't cutting it anymore and Dana wanting to get certain names in the sport and bringing back old timers just for the publicity is bringing the ufc down.
