Default Man City Vs Chels

What do we think?

Love the fact the Chels came crashing back down to earth with an almighty bang as they thought they were flying high and almost invincible. Didn't fancy City to get anything without Ireland or Bellamy but they fought hard and well deserved.

All media hype and wankfest as per Liverpool the season before until Jan/Feb time and Arsenal the year before that until Jan. Its just turned December, early days.

Its amazing how Chelsea went from having an ageing squad needing freshness to having the best squad in the league in the TV pundits eyes, I don't particularly recall Ancelotti being busy in the window. Chelsea will up for the title battle though no doubt but brilliant that City won and the moaner Tevez scoring lol.

The top 4 could be interesting come May that's for sure.

i think most fans realise a good run will come to an end . only the stupid would actually believe they were invincible.

Its nice to see Chelsea getting beat and Utd winning to close the gap a bit.

In all honesty though, as much as I favour Man Utd, its great to see Man City up there, another team to beat one of the big 3 and mix it up a bit.

At this rate Liverpool will struggle for a europa league spot, how funny is that.

Awesome game, even if it did give me a cardiac.
Just hope we can build on the result and not have Bolton beat us next week.

Everyone just believed Chelsea were invincible and they did themselves the quotes they were coming out with especially Lampard and Drogba. Come unstuck though and being a United fan, I can't wait for Berbatov to be fully firing as I don't believe he really has been this season started showing signs of it but not quite and also BIG BIG miss for us that everyone seems to forget as he was overshadowed by Ronaldo is Hargreaves. The amount of attacking prowess that came from him in 2008 was unbelievable. To my mind he is as big a miss to us as Ronaldo is. Chelsea has had a fully fit squad for weeks.

Nice to see someone with a sensible answer how anyone could think the league would be won this early must be bonkers.
Chelsea and Man U will push each other all season but hopefully this year will be a blue year

At the moment, even though we did them yesterday Chelsea are still my favorites for the title, January could be a big month for them with the African Nations Cup going on.
