i keep getting a thing popping up saying this has to close bla bla bla with c.exe at the top

 

Best bet if you can't say exactly what is in the pop-up, would be to do a screen grab.

Press Alt + PRT SCR (top row of keyboard), paste is into a paint package, then upload onto here so we can see whats going on!!
