Default Tuning advice

Not for a ford, but thought I would ask as its a fairly general question. A friend is building a saxo turbo on a budget for daily use and is currently faced with the following issue: Whether to build a proper forged low comp engine and a mf2 or similar 5th injector system with otherwise standard management or standard short engine with a decomp plate and professionally mapped afrtermarket management. He cannot afford both, thought please...

i had a mate that turbod a 106 gti and used std pistons that had been skimmed and it destroyed them after two weeks so id reckomend building a forged bottem end with mf2 and a mapped aftermarket managment
