I actually thought it was pretty good tonight, the Lancia bit especially.
Chris Evans interview was crap though, exactly the same as the last interview when he was on it last time, have they forgotten we've all seen him on it before?

Don't then. I think X Factor is completely shite, but I don't go on forums telling everyone I think so. There's TONNES of shite of TV I don't bother watching, ans a lot I vehemently refuse to watch point blank, but I don't know - call me a whach job, but I just don't feel the need to go on a forum and inform others of it!

Top Gear is the #1 show on BBC here for a reason. Speed TV shows 8 hours of "Pinks" or "Wrecked" and if you go to SpikeTV you'll get "Trucks" or some lame crap.
Last night's episode about Lancia was excellent in my books.

I think the majority of people that don't like it are nowhere near the ages of May, Hammond and Clarkson.
I often have discussions such as theirs in the garage or watching the hockey game (football for you guys).
This car is shite, this car rocks, this road was epic. Maybe it's because that I'm 40 I can relate a bit more to the banter. I dunno. VERY, VERY few of my friends are into cars like I am. I don't get the chance to relate to them (my friends) and I find a bit of escapism in this show.
So complain away, I'll keep watching as will every honest gear head in North America.

lol doug, i used to watch it and would look forward to the new series and yeah it was good, but i think ya right in the fact its become a bit ....erm.... dull...it does seem that they are running out of inspiration on the show tbh, but hey who know's they might come back out of the woodwork and put a new shine on the show.....maybe? lol

I think last night was quite good. The build up for the Integrale was great. I kept saying "how could they miss the Teggy? I saw some Lancias I've never seen or heard of over here. Then they rolled the HF out. Would have liked to see it on the track like the old race cars versus new cars thing they did recently.
The caravan thing was a bit odd but it fit in with the Lambo story. I have no idea who the radio guy was but his car history was interesting. His lap was the usual.
Being a Lancia fan I quite enjoyed this episode...came close to a trade on an HF with my S-type a week back.
If you think it sucks then launch some "Pinks" torrents and see what I have to put up with.
