Default Section 59 Question

I got a Section 59 about 3 months ago, for driving 'enthusiastically' while leaving the local lorry park - The police officer was driving into the lorry park as I was on my way out.

Anyway, apparently the lorry park is private land. Can you be given one on private land?

Cheers.

yes is the simple answer!as technically you not really on private land as the public can use it ,if it was a farmers field that you were using with his permission thats a different situation where the police can do nothing
