Kustom engineering make alot of fiesta suspension components. think they are america based tho.

are you just after the suspension or do you want tie bars , uprights etc
if you are after just suspension then try some of these names
ohlins
bilstein
tein
proflex
leda
i need custom made suspension for mine and are going to use www.nitron.co.uk which are used on alot of race cars, they are very good quality and on there webpage they have a design your own shocker which they will build to any spec.
expect to pay around £2000/2500 for a fullset of 3 way coilovers.
ohlins shocks are the dogs bollocks but you need to sell your house to buy a set, if money is no option then try these , ttx40 , 600,000 adjustment settings on each shocker but they cost £3500 per corner.
proflex are used by a lot of racer around the world and i think they are around £2000 per corner.
check this swedish fiesta out and look at his set up it my give you some ideas

I dont think Konis would be the best option as it seems it already had coilovers
