does anyone know of a way of reprogramming a new ford key ( 3 button ) for a 54 plate mondeo instead of paying ford £95 + vat

my dad only has one key and ive just got him a new one, we have had it cut to suit but it needs reprogramming to work the C/L,

from memory, you need 2 keys to srat with before you can reprogram a 3rd for free

do you know anyone at ford? mates bro did mine in car park at lunch time. its a piece of piss. hardly worth the £95!!

dont think i do, know people at vw, vauxhall and merc and bmw but just not ford,

most locksmiths can now clone keys, the remote locking you can get working yourself but the immobiliser chip needs to be programmed
