Default Ryan Air!!!!

Anyone flown with them lately?

Their flight restrictions include trying to find a hand luggage bag that measures 55cm x 40cm x 20cm...

Anyone know how strict they are on these measurements as i'm having difficulty finding a holdall thats as near to these as i can get!!

They're really strict with how many items of hand luggage you have, and weight etc - but I've never had them actually check the size and I fly back and forth to UK with them a lot.

Having said that, you're defo better safe than sorry - I've seen staff almost refuse a woman and her kid to board the plane coz the kid was carrying a teddy (as well as his little bag, you're only allowed ONE ITEM!!)

I actually hate flying with them, and now that they've added all the charges etc it's starting to not be worth it anymore, they're now only a bit cheaper than other airlines that actually understand the concept of customer service. I'm paying a bit extra this time to fly with someone else!

if the bag is a flexible holdall you'll have no trouble, and they're much lighter and more spacios than poncy cases with wheels

Also remember to check-in online before you leave as it costs Ł40 per person to check-in at the airport

They are virtually like Easy Jet, except that they only allow you to check in about 30 mins before the flight leaves. Whereas Easy Jet allow you to check in a few hours before. Baggage issues everytime I use them, always see people with their luggage open trying to swap and make them lighter
