was a proper funny day beef said to jez and this is where it all started can we take a pic with you and he said i cant im a bit buissy and beef said come on its not like your over waight or out and the bloke i was following up the stairs turned round and it was james may he said that he was overweight and laughed at him

they actualy seem a realy nice bunch of blokes and come accross exactly how they do on telly

The main thing with beefy mate is confidence, doesnt matter where he is, or who he's with, he's beefy, he's comfortable in his own skin. i guarantee anyone who knows him, or has met him, will tell you the same, he doesnt care, doesnt bite his tounge, he's just beef, out for a laugh, and to make the most of life. he's deffinatly fun to be around.



There's been far to much bigging up of beef on here lately, dont want it going to his head, so beef, with all that said, you are a fat, ginger, smoggy twat, got to remember that and keep your feet on the ground my man
