as above whats the minimum cc you need for an adult in one for it to be fairly fast?whats the best made buggies?

i was really only considering a 4 stroke but i thought a 250cc lump would be shit.i was thinking 600cc min and pref a 1000cc.

600cc+ .torque is the main thing you need.i made a one like a rage buggy using zx6r lump
there was no fun until it hit 6k revs then it was mad .90mph on a stubble field still spinning in 3rd . triumph tiger 955 engine would be good.
