Default Caliper Confusion

Were looking to upgrade the brakes with complete overhaul on our mk2 escort track car what are our options? I like to retain 15” alloys and like to achieve a pedal feel and balance similar to the Racing Puma Alcon’s without the servo obviously so a pedal box is on the shopping list too. With discs all around are integrated handbrake calipers better than separate spot calipers? Any recommendations welcomed pf

Ta, Trev
