All laid up now bruv, gonna have a little tinker around as I always do trying to fit up that rouse rear spoiler that I bought which is turning into a right mare job
can't get the old spoiler off and the boot lid has rusted through beneath the centre pillar
I have bought another bootlid from the breakers off of a 92 2.0i ghia saph in a light blue colour, no spoiler on it and no rust, gonna fit the spoiler up so it ready to bolt on then give spoiler and lid to Big Tony to paint

Brammers car is stunning, one of my favorite 3drs. Doesnt say RS500 anywhere on it either. The RS500 bits look nicer than the standard 3dr bits. I know i would be fitting them if i was able to keep my 3dr.
The problem with fitting a 500 kit is that people never give the car credit for being a nice car ( thats if it is ) they will always check to see if its a real 500 and if it isnt then they just snub it and walk away chuffed with themself for spotting its not a real 500
Leave a 3 door as is and let people admire the car rather than snub it

It's your car mate, nobody elses, so do what you want to do with it. Too many people get hung up on what other's opinions are. I think 500 bits look better and would fit them if I was lucky enough to have a 3 door. It's not like they're unreversable mods. I wouldn't add the 500 decals but can't see what's wrong with fitting the bumper/spoiler.
thats what i was kind of thinking to be honest,people would look down at it!but do love the look of the 500 bumper
my 3 door got all 500 kit on it and looks spot on do it mate. A 500 is only a 3 door at the end of the day, really anyway just got a few more bits on it
500's do look better than 3DR's. like that 3DR in this months FF, its not trying to fool anyone, still has the original 3DR boot sticker, and the pinstripe on the side says cosworth not RS500.
Matter or personal choice i know, but when done/modded correctly i think 3drs look as nice, ALWAYS loved Karl,s 3dr...
I,d buy a 3dr if i was looking for one and it had all the 500 parts etc, BUT i wouldn,t buy the parts to go on one if that makes sense...
Im not saying a 3DR's arnt nice mate, my favorite cossie by a distance, i just think the 500 spoilers and bumper add to what it is an already awesome looking car, and enhance its looks. i know its a matter of personal choice, and some will think it spoils the look and takes away the originality, but i think if you keep the original boot sticker, and dont add the 500 decals, like the one in this months FF, your onto a winner

got to get used to her with a T4 first lol!although from what i gather the engine is capable of pushing more
,i think they are the best mod for a 3dr then id go with the 500 kit
