Default help plz

my scort mk4 is avin trouble starting. itll start if i get the mrs to turn the key while I wiggle the main red lead to the starter. im guessing its either the lead going to the starter or the starter connection itself.

cant be arsed to frig about with crap 2nd hand bits parts so anyone know the best place to get a new lead or new starter motor? anyone know if ford still stock em?

Disconect the battery and wire brush the the main lead to the starter<at starter end.Clean all the terminals too,re tighten cover with light grease job jobbed imo

If you're insistant on buying new parts, then either check the for sale section on here, or ebay can be your best friend for bargains when you've got an old ford.

But i'd try the above method if you aint got money to blow on your car. If the above method dont work, then I'd consider new parts...
