How the HELL does it come off. there's no screw in the end like older fords, but there's no circlip i can see on the back either. it just wont come off!!

there will be a circlip there somewere might have to push the trim in a tad to get at it more

small spring clip on the back. Can be a little awkward to get out but it's more awkward to put the fucker back

er i just put the clip back on the handle then push it on takes about 4 seconds?

There is a circlip there! A good trick to get them off is fold an old t-shirt or something in half, pull it through the winder over the circlip so the prong on the end of it snags the material and pulls it off. Easy peasy!

Done that and the poxy clip just kept pinging back off.

lol fair enough, either its hidden too well or broken. Or someone has glued it on to save fiddling about.

i'll check next time the missus isn't using her car and i've space/time in the unit. Cheers.
