scuttle panel seal! VERY common on focus. When they change the pollen filter on a service the clips normally break, so rain water runs down the windscreen and through the gap between screen and scuttle panel. Have a look on the passenger side at the bottom of the screen, you will see that the panel doesn't squeeze properly against the bottom of the screen.

Ford will try and sell you a double sided sticky pad strip to stick it down, but it won't work, get some new clips instead

No worries mate, mine was like it, i just put some sticky black tape along the bottom of the screen until I could get to ford for more clips. The tape held it fine for 6 months

This happened to me with my St, woke up to a swimming pool in the passenger footwell, i had to get a complete new scuttle panel from ford to fix this, was less than £30, your pollen filter will be knackered now as well so that will need changing also. If you change it your self it is easy to see why they do not get fitted properly, its very fiddely.
