Default only 1 rad fan working on 4x4

As title on one fan is coming on have checked motors and they both work, is there a seperate fuse or relay for each one

Rewire time.......

If they have started playing up just rewire them before it cookings your engine

I'm no expert on wiring but AFAIK this was the whole problem with the original Ford wiring i.e. it was all on one fuse and Ford in their wisdom just used the original Sierra wiring which wasn't up to the job of the current draw of twin fans hence the circuit overheats and fuse melts
Has someone perhaps already rewired yours as I was under the impression that if you had power on that circuit then both would work? Dodgy connection to one motor perhaps or are the later fans "staged"? There was something different about the later Escort Cosworth fans wasn't there? Either way I'd get a beefed up fan loom and get it re-wired, maybe even get one of the MSD switches for the rad as well.
