I know that my question is not about ford but I am reading this forum for long time and because it is very proffesional would like to ask here.

So question I am thinking of buying Autronic sm2 for my rover T16 and can't find is autronic able to work with rover asymmetric flywheel? It is 36-1-1-1-1 mode with 349 degress sensor position, wasted spark without cam sensor.

I am now running DTA but wan't to go for Autronic.

I'm almost positive that SM2 wont work with that, and you will need an external crank sender wheel.

But ask on the MRMforum for a definitive answer mate.

 

or go for emerald as that was designed to work with the rover k-series from the beginning

 

Sm2 isnt produced anymore, but the SM4 is a proper piece of kit!

 

Aye sm4 is a good bit of kit alright, i was going to go with that but switched to vipec v88 instead.
