I'm thinking about one of these, I had the same reservations as you about size/weight, also considering a Nokia X6, but really like a N900 if only they were not so huge!! lol

the touch pro 2 that i have features a nice interface called Touch FLO that htc have written as wrapper for WM. However, it doesn't go as far as actually writing a text/email/calendar entry. Why microsoft seem to think that cramming everything onto one screen á la outlook is a good thing is beyond me. Besides, it doesnt get around the problems of:

- alarms not sounding
- ringer not sounding
- answering calls to hear no sound
- crap bluetooth implementation (can't select a pic and do 'send to bluetooth' for example, have to go to the bluetooth menu and find it by filename (no thumbnails))
- lightsensor doesn't work - go to press a button on the keypad mid call and the phone reverts to the home screen
- touchscreen decides to stop responding - have to do soft reset
- poor signal
- mozilla being incredibly slow to render pages and generally not working properly
- anything not covered by touchflo = impossible to use without stylus
- predictive text doesn't enter a word until space/enter pressed - cue missed words on emails/texts/web. oh, except for calendar appointments where selecting the next field seems to prompt the word to end up there......
- the list goes on....

Weird that you are having problems with Touch Flo ... it seems to be a pretty stable interface.

I have a HTC Touch HD and its easily one of the best phones currently available - Touch Flo works perfectly on it.
