all depends on how you payed if you used paypal you stand a chance off getting ur cash back

 

GOOD luck m8 Ebay is becoming a joke and when u go back to them to complain they DONT want to do anything about it

send him one more email saying you want your money back or the goods by a certain time then post him up here as I'm sure there's a few peeps of here that will help!

failing that go to a small claims court(very easy to sort) and hit him where it hurts, that's what I'm doing to someone who knocked me of here for sum cash in June
