This was the demo stuff that was going on all last weekend at Cardiff Bay for the Rally GB. It was Paul Swift (Russ Swifts son) doing the driving. Their Fords cars and they also had blue ones doing the same. Kept people amused while hanging around for the rally cars to get into service etc. Its the rally cars themselves that where more impressive to watch for me that weekend

bit of a small arena too. Could have done so much more in a bigger arena. The swifts have done this kind of stuff for ford for years. Used to be fiesta ST's and the 2 wheel driving and super tight j turns between cars and handbrake turns into small spaces etc.

He is an autotesting champ though so youd kind of expect him to be good at this kind of shit.

I remember ford used to do a proper stars of rally type show alongside the stunts with all the great cars like the mk1 escorts, rs200, escossie, focus WRC etc including show off sessions by a couple of WRC cars doing dohnuts and 4wheel drifts around an arena etc.

Shame they stopped doing those kind of shows.
