Yeah mate u could lower the car more,
But the thing to remember are driveshaft's at some point that could become a problem,
Also lower does not mean better handling either mate,
A good solid 40mm drop on the spring's and then use koni ADJ mate .
That's my thought's anyway They mean sod all BTW lol.
Or a 40mm drop and use the GAZ coily's mate but what's the point when koni's can do that and there fit for both track and road IMO
I ran koni's then gaz and the ride was better on the koni's but it was far from poor on the gaz, i got mine from Cossymad on here an he spec's them with a softer spring than normal.
i have them on my fiesta rst and thay are the nuts. But my mate put them on his mk3 fezza be for he whent to lydden for a track session, rolled the car 3 times and 3 out of 4 shocks were f***. But mine are the nuts.

can good 40mm lowering springs be got for an ecos so i could use my koni's? or could i change my springs on my coilovers,
the only time i be driving the car is at the weekends
S1 john S1, yea i forgot about the drives any lower then 40mm and ill be in bother, cheers hugh
Look at koni spring's mate or any good other brand TBH i am not a spring person i just use koni spring's and dampner's that's it ,
And at weekend only well TBH mate i would keep koni's in all honesty Unless your ragging it around or doing track i don't see much need for coily's LOL.
And any lower mate TBH i think 60mm is pushing it not sure but 40mm is mostly deemed a safe limit
GAZ are brilliant imo in our stock hatch championship the front runners run either GAZ or Ledas and Gaz are 1/3 of the price.
and these are proper setup cars for racing so they get used very well trust me.
i was running Ledas but running AST next year but our other race car is running Gaz to compare times!
