Default con rods

Group N class B touring car spec modified to run with DLC coated gudgeon pins as per super production spec.

does any 1 know any thing about these? power limit ect??
thinking about using them 4 my zetec turbo build.

Why not buy some lovely focus rs pistons and rods that I have sitting around!!

i already have 86.5mm pistons and block has been rebored 2 suit. Mite be interested in the rods wot sort of power they gd 4?

i have seen then them snap at just over 300hp but some people run more with them... just buy some proper rods and fit and forget.

86.5mm? Wow.

Standard bore is nearly 2mm smaller!

What sort of power are you wanting to run as your cylinder walls must be getting thin at that

I tend to chuck blocks away at 86mm

all ian howells engines are 86mm bore and big power so why bin them @86mm .

Sorry - i mean, i'll run at 86mm but i won't go over that. I.e 86.25, 86.50 etc.

2 b honest im not sure wot power over 300 any way. around 350 hopefully. wont run that high al the time prob run around at 1bar 280bhp ish. If that sounds rite??
