ear plugs? possible club bouncer question.
ok does anybody know of some good ear plugs for going to raves with i know the hole point is to listen to the music but the valve at custard factory is beyond healthy maybe bouncers have a good idea on some re-useable ones to use

lol no not proper tinitus my ears have been ringing a little but i'v had an infection in them, i just want to not get tinitus in the first place , i'm careful at work cos we use the hammer drills and stuff but whats the point if i go out and batter my ear drums with some mega loud system

You can get disposable foam ear plugs from most builders merchants. the ones i used when drilling, you just squashed them up, stuffed them in your ear and they expanded slightly, and you can hear much less
They were comfortable tho.

custard factory is a good venue though isn't it, where going hospitality this weekend

i don't envy you mate with the snoring, but if you heard how loud this system goes almost deaf is about suffice when they turn it up it'll vibrate your eyeballs and that is fact

I don't know where you can get these made, as mine were made at work for me. But basically, you can have custom ear plugs made... They use a type of silicon ( no, not your anti mould bathroom sealant before you try) and they sqeeze the stuff unto your ears. They then use that as a mold to make you soft plastic ones. As they are custom made they fit perfectly and will cut out most of the noise. I'm sure you can get them made privately.

yea will be there this weekend it's a good club esp when they have the valve set up reason for the plugs , and yea it's open but not many nights are put on there it's a bloody cold club though aint it lol
