Default Builders - what would you charge ?

further to my new workshop build, i now have had quotes from steel fabricators and from concrete workshop builders, so i need a rough guesstimate from a builder for this build,

dimensions - 12.2m wide x 6.1 long x 3.5m to the eaves, the base/foundations will aready be in the roof will need to be pitched, one 8' x 8' garage door and one p.a door.

im not after exact quotations just ball park, i.e 5k/10k/20k etc maybe to the nearest 1k would be ideal,

im trying to justify a briack built garage against other options.

regards

mark

cheers james

fully understand that James, cheers.

I would prefer it to be brick, purely for thermal reasons.
