Default PC HELP REQUIRED PLEASE

Ok guys this is doin my head in. Whilst i was browsing the net last night my HD went crazy. Some programs got installed on my pc without my say so! Bugger.

Anyway, i managed to stop some working in the task manager, which then allowed me to access them and delete them. Cool. Thing is after a while they are being reinstalled again!!!! There must be a program that was installed last night that keeps installing the ones i keep deleting. When i delete the programs AND remove them in the control panel, it lets me remove the programs etc but NOT the folder they are in. If i try to delete the folder it says access denied as the program is in use!

Any help would be appreciated
