Default st intercooler

hi just wondering if a standard front mounted st 225 intercooler would fit a 53 plate rs. Obviously i would have to extend hoses and make a braket so it will sit at the front, just wondering if it will be ok? Thanks

If you are going to have to extend hoses and make brakets, yeah it'll fit, because you are making it fit.

Dunno if you maybe better looking for one with a larger surface area, i know they aint fantastic on a standard ST, so most people change them when going for decent power.

Isnt the std intercooler one of the parts changed early when tuning the ST? If so then pointless on the FRS Mk1 as the std chargecooler is good for more.
